Adults in second front row - Miss Hamilton, Mr Ball (rector of the Royal High School, unknown, Mrs McGregor (née Henderson). Both ladies were teachers at the Royal High preparatory school.

"[The land was] bought by Safeways and developed in the 80s. The playing fields were part of the school's World War One War Memorial, opened by Prince Henry in 1925.
