Second right, Jimmy Robertson, who worked as a hole-borer (for rivets).

Cran & Somerville was a shipbuilding firm in Leith. It was acquired by Henry Robb in 1926.

In the background is a building belonging to Ramage & Ferguson (another shipyard), which Henry Robb also acquired, in the 1930s.
